This Privacy Policy describes how Head's Plumbing Sales and Service, Inc. (doing business as "Head's Plumbing"), a Georgia corporation founded in 1981 ("Head's Plumbing," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit headsplumbing.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use our residential plumbing services. Our customers are primarily homeowners located in metro Atlanta, GA and surrounding GA communities.

- Automatically collected usage data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies — including Google Tag Manager (GTM-TRV5XKQC) and Google Analytics 4 when fired as tags inside that container.
We do not intentionally collect special or "sensitive" categories of personal information through this Site.

- Communicate with you by phone, email, and — if you opt in — text message about appointments, estimates, and service;
- Prepare quotes and estimates and invoice for completed work;
- Respond to inquiries, reviews, and customer-support requests;
- Maintain service history, warranty, and maintenance records;
- Operate, secure, analyze, and improve our Site and services;
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for interpreting DNT, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an advertising opt-out: when GPC is present, our Consent Mode bootstrap and cookie banner deny ad_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization for that browser.
SMS / Text Messaging (Your Consent)
If you check the SMS consent box on our contact form (or otherwise give us your express written consent), you agree to receive text messages from Head's Plumbing related to your service request — such as appointment confirmations, scheduling, service updates, and replies to your questions.
- Opt-in is voluntary. SMS consent is never required to purchase or receive service, and it is kept separate from any other agreement.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions and service activity.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. You may also contact us using the details below.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
These practices are intended to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable A2P 10DLC messaging requirements. Additional messaging terms appear in our Terms of Service (SMS Terms).
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you, with the following categories of recipients:
- Website hosting, infrastructure, and form processing — forms you submit on our Site are transmitted and routed through our platform provider, CI Web Group (for example, through its form-relay service at api.ciwebgroup.com).
- Customer relationship management (CRM) and service scheduling — our service-management provider, which supports scheduling, dispatch, and (where enabled) call handling.
- Analytics and tag management — Google Tag Manager (GTM-TRV5XKQC) and Google Analytics 4 (when configured as tags in that container). We do not currently operate a separate live dialed-number insertion (DNI) call-tracking overlay on this Site.
- Financing — a third-party lender, only if you choose to apply for financing (you provide your information directly to the lender under its own terms and privacy policy).
- Professional advisors and authorities — accountants, attorneys, insurers, and government or law-enforcement entities, when required by law or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.
- Business transfers — a successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
Our service providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us, except where you choose to interact with a third party directly (such as a financing lender).
Do We Sell or Share Your Personal Information?
No. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). We have not sold or shared the personal information of consumers, including minors under 16, in the preceding 12 months. Some privacy laws define "sale" or "share" broadly enough to include certain analytics cookies; to the extent our use of analytics tools could be considered a "sale" or "share," you may opt out using the cookie and analytics controls described above (including the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on or a GPC signal).

We collect and process the categories above using: our website platform and form-processing provider, CI Web Group (including its form-relay at api.ciwebgroup.com and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection); our service-management/CRM provider for scheduling, dispatch, and call handling where enabled; and Google Tag Manager (GTM-TRV5XKQC) with Google Analytics 4 for website measurement. We do not knowingly operate a separate third-party call-tracking/DNI overlay or other named analytics tools on this Site beyond what is loaded through that GTM container.
Do we "sell" or "share" your personal information?
No. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not sold or shared personal information (including that of consumers under 16) in the preceding 12 months. To the extent any use of analytics cookies could be considered a "sale" or "share," you can opt out using the controls below.

- Opt-out preference signals: We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal broadcast by your browser or extension as a valid request to opt out of any "sale"/"sharing" from that browser or device. Our cookie banner also honors GPC automatically.
- On-site controls: Use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer (which brings you to this section) and our cookie preferences banner to reject non-essential (analytics/advertising) cookies at any time.

Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. As a general rule, we retain service, transaction, and warranty records for , and website analytics data for . When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Payment Security
We do not collect, process, or store full payment-card numbers, card verification values (CVV/CVC), or bank-account credentials on this Site. There is no card-entry form anywhere on headsplumbing.com. Payment for completed work is handled in person or through our service-management system, and any financing application is completed directly on the third-party lender's own secure, hosted platform under the lender's terms and privacy policy. Card payments we accept are processed by PCI-DSS-compliant payment processors; card data is entered into the processor's environment, not ours, so cardholder data never touches this website.
Third-Party Links & Services
Our Site may link to or embed third-party websites and services — for example, a financing lender, mapping services, or our social-media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
