Scheduling & Cancellation

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window.

  • Emergency services are available and may be subject to after-hours rates.

Estimates, Quotes & Pricing

Any estimate or quote we provide — whether through the Site, by phone, or in person — is informational and non-binding until both you and Head's Plumbing sign a written work authorization or service agreement. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after an on-site inspection or if additional work is discovered.

  • Pricing is provided before work begins; any change to the agreed scope will be communicated and approved before we proceed.
  • Payment is due upon completion of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept major credit cards, checks, and approved financing. We do not process credit-card payments on this Site; payment is handled in person or through our service-management system.

Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver

Binding arbitration. The arbitration will take place in or near Fulton County, Georgia, or by remote/telephone hearing where available, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class-action waiver. You and Head's Plumbing agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.

30-day right to opt out. You may opt out of this arbitration and class-action-waiver section by sending written notice within 30 days of first accepting these Terms to Head's Plumbing Sales and Service, Inc., PO Box 43444, Atlanta, GA 30336, or by email to [email protected], stating your name, address, and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. To the extent a dispute is not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
